In one of our past article, we talk partially about using your talents to make money. We sited examples of those who today are making money with their talents. Let’s  look at some of them.

 Let’s go to our Nigeria comedians. Let’s talk about AY. He used to be one of Alibaba’s personal assistant. One day, according AY ‘’ Alibaba my boss said to me-“ you can do this comedy thing, you have the talent”. From that day onward, AY began to work on himself. I remember watching his first show, he was wearing an oversize suit. But where is he today? Far at the top. This is his new office, after very few years. Yes talent has brought him a whole lot.

 There is a man called IBU in Nigeria movie industry. When you see him, the first thing you will surely do is laugh. You know why? Because of his physical appearance. People say he is always acting like an idiot. But the fact is that, he makes money as a result of acting like an idiot always. Don’t forget that he is the face of some companies in Nigeria too and he is making millions from that annually. In the month of April, he was visiting different part of Europe. The ability to act like an idiot, yes, that talent has brought him all of that.

 You remember IMEH BISHOP a.k.a OKON LAGOS. Another very funny idiot according to some people. His ability to act like an idiot has also brought him popularity and money. Today aside from being the face of some companies in Nigeria too, he is one of the special advisers to the Akwa ibom state governor.

 Think about football stars, musicians, comedians even writers. All of this people are making money using their talents. Even if na quarrel you sabi quarrel, you can make money with it. After all, patience ozonkwo is making money with that ability.

 So, WHAT  IS MY ABILITY, MY TALENT. HOW CAN I MAKE MONEY WITH IT? . Some of us are very creative thinkers and good writers too. Do you know you can do a lot using that ability and even earn a lot? Let me give you one BUSINESS IDEA.

In Nigeria today, we have many movie directors. All of them have one thing in common. They are all looking for good creative script. You can advertise yourself to them by just writing a short movie script, let’s  say a movie that will take up to 45minutes. Send it to to them free. If your script is good enough, do you think they will call you? Of course. See; don’t say it will not work. That mentality has kept a lot of people in their present bad state. Those who achieved something’s today, achieve this things because they refuse to listen to “ it will not work”. They try out things, even after they failed, they kept trying until they heat their target. That should be our mentality please.

A lady in uyo,  Akwa ibom state, was tired of watching love movies in nollywood. She decided to try what we are talking about- script writing. Her free script to a movie director who happen to be a lady, opened the way for her to be invited. The first money she made from script writing was enough to take care of so many things around her. She has written 3 scripts this year. When I saw her birthday party pictures on Facebook, I was like, wao! This lady has arrived. At 25years of age, she is pulling weight.

 So the bottom line is, you can make money with your talent. Discover your talent. That is, if you don’t know your talent yet. Make friends with people who will make you discover your talent. Alibaba made AY discover his talent, and today, he is at the top, in the world of comedy.

 If you know what your talent is already, begin to work on it. Read about it, study it. You will see a lot of information on it on the internet. You will see the experiences of those who have that same talent, and how they are making money with it. Don’t die with your talent please. Do something with it. Don’t allow fear, fear of failure stop you from doing something with your talent. Don’t listen to “it will not work”.
